This is one of the most easily operated coffee tools/barista tools. Twist the blade-head coffee distributor down 3 times to disperse ground coffee evenly. Turn your tool over and use the flat-head coffee tamper to make ground beans tight so that you can reach the proper pressure to pull a shot. This set of coffee accessories must be your best choice.  Here's how it works:Step 1 - Load your portafilter basket with the desired amount of freshly ground coffee.Step 2 - Retract the distributor to the shallowest depth, and place the distributor on your portafilter, blade head down.Step 3 - Gently twist the distributor until the ground coffee have been evenly distributed and leveled. If the distributor does not reach the coffee, adjust the depth accordingly. Note: No need to twist the distributor down very hard at this stage. Level the ground coffee in the basket gently. Step 4 - Flip the distributor over and use the other head to tamp the ground coffee. The constant pressure benefits from the design of spring.
