Description

We are a group of animal-loving product developers in Silicon Valley. We believe better tech can provide a better life for all pets. Everything we design is easy-to-use and intuitive to operate. This is part of our company's core value. Because we believe life should be simple. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our designs each and every day and we streamline the production process to pass savings on to you. All control buttons and indication lights are on the front side of the control box, designed to provide easy access and prevent triggering the shocking charge by mistake. Protect you and your family. Roll up the training mat to storage in a box or a drawer when you don't need to use it. The Training Mat is made with premium PU (PolyUrethan) and is highly durable. Cleaning the mat with a damp towel*; or for a deep and thorough clean, use the included tool to disassemble the control box and wash the training mat in warm soapy water. * Remember to turn the control box off before cleaning. Place the training mat where your pet is not welcomed. When your pet steps on the mat, it will emit a harmless static pulse or a high-frequency beep so your fur baby knows the area is off limits. For sound sensitive pets or small pets, start with the Beep mode. In this mode, set the intensity level at 4 or 5. As your pet starts to learn the area is off limits, you can begin to decrease the intensity until your pet is fully trained. If your pet doesn’t respond to the Beep mode, switch to the Static + Beep mode. 5 intensity levels static pulse will be optional according to sensitivity of different pet. Starting with a lower lever and increasing the level only when it is needed. As your pet starts to learn the area is off limits, you can begin to decrease the intensity and switch to “Beep Mode”. If you don't want to disturbed by the high frequency beep sound, you can switch the training mat to static mode. In this mode, the training mat will only emit static pulse. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
