N'ice Caps Little Girls double layered fleece lined knitted hat/scarf/mitten set with poms. Very warm and soft construction with double layered fleece lining. Colors available: Fuchsia, Purple, Neon Pink, Neon Blue. Sizes: 6-18 months, 2-4 years, 4-7 years. For infant size 6-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For the larger sizes 2-4 years and 4-7 years, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
