Our Look Keo cleats will fit most Road cycling shoes which include three threaded holes on the sole. Cleats come with: 2x cleats 6x washers 6x bolts Cleats feature a ‘patented’ black block design allowing the rider to switch the block to different height options delivering a reduced gap between the shoe (cleat) and the pedal, which results in reduced noise and increased comfort. Can be used indoors on gym equipment/stationary trainers. Can also be used for road cycling. Highly durable premium quality TPU plastic (engineered thermoplastic) which is lightweight and built to last for reduced wear.
