Before using the rack for baking or roasting, spray a thin coat of olive oil or any cooking oil on the rack to avoid food from sticking. For Easy Cleanup, using a baking pan, pour warm water & dishwashing soap on the pan, INVERT the Cooling Rack inside the pan, and soak for 2 hours or overnight. Do not put in the microwave Do not use your cooling rack in any temperature above 575 degrees F. Upon first use, hand wash you baking pan w/ warm water & soap. Do not place the baking pan in the dishwasher. It is NOT dishwasher safe. To extend the life of your baking pan, place a piece of Kitchenatics pre-cut parchment paper inside the pan before using for roasting or grilling. If used in the oven or griller, let the sheet pan rest for few minutes before soaking in water and soap to avoid warping. For Easy Cleanup, using a baking pan, pour warm water & dishwashing soap on the pan, INVERT the cooling rack inside the pan, and soak for 2-4 hours or overnight. To remove discoloration of the pan, create a paste of cream of tartar powder, lemon juice & white vinegar or mix 3 tbsp of each & mix with 1 quart of water, boil & pour in the pan to soak for few minutes. Using a nonabrasive pad, scrub the pan & wash with warm water. Use only silicone or wooden spoons to avoid scraping the surface of the pan. Do not put in the microwave Do not use your baking pan in any temperature above 500 degrees F.
