The pants are waterproof. The lining were not as thick as the Summitskin pants as I expected but the pants are comfortable and warm. Just tried these on and love the fit and feel. They are stretchy, nice fleece liner, great stitching, mesh pockets. I ordered my normal pants size 36 and fit is perfect. I'm 5'10" 210lb and purchased size 36X32. I've used these for snowmobiling and ski trail work and they've held up to at least a dozen uses which surprised the heck out of me. Warm, water repellent, and they fit great. Highly recommend.
