Best Thickness: Between 2mm~3mm It's the thickness that we apply to all SUSTEAS glass produts. Our SUSTEAS glass pitcher features wider range of heat resistance from -20°C ~150°C. Unsafe Thickness: ≤2mm: Withstanding smaller temperature range, it's not suggested to be directly heated and easy to break. ≥3mm: With the thickness increased continuously,the heat resistance decrease. When the iced/ overheated water is poured into pitcher , the probability of cracking of the glass pitcher increases. SUSTEAS pitcher lids are designed to adjust the tightness according to your personal preference as shown. Loose lids is easy to take off and pour water, if you feel that the lid is not tight well, please don't mistake it for a defective item, just remove the rubber ring and install it in reverse. In that way, the lid will be tight enough when pouring. The wide mouth (Diameter: 3.07 inches) makes everything from filling to cleanup easily, and part of people can reach the bottom to clean by hand. Cleaning the product with a dishwasher is allowed, however, handwashed is more recommended. It is not suggested to wipe with a hard object such as stainless steel sponge to avoid scratches, which will cause the glass pitcher to break due to uneven temperature during use.
