Use just your thumb and forefinger to open the ergonomic rubber handle of the ratchet. Pull the rod to extend. Position it snugly against your cargo, making sure the bar is level and straight. Then simply grasp the ratchet handle and turn back over. 1-2-3! TWO SECOND CLOSE! To release tension, lift the tab and open the handle 180 degrees. Slide the bar back in. 1-2!
