If you are going to use a toner, apply the toner before the serum. Use the dropper and put a nickel size amount in your hand. Use your finger tips to apply one thin layer of serum to entire face, neck and decollete (a little goes a long way). Allow to dry for 1 - 2 minutes. Can be used daily and can be used under make up.
