We do not ship product on weekends or holidays. 1 Year warranty, exchange only after 30 days Returns When returning products to us you must provide: Item Number Buyer ID Your Address Your Phone Number Reason for Return Tracking We only offer refunds if the return is handled within the first 30 days (as per our Amazon policy) so any returns after the 30 day period will be via repair or replacement. Items returned for no longer needed, bought by accident, arrived too late (if within delivery window), couldn’t install, etc. will be subject to restocking fee. Again, customer assumes responsibility for ordering the correct part or for inquiring with our technical support (via email) to get assurance that the item to be purchased is exact fit for the customer needs. Issues with Order If you get an item "that isn’t as described" please be clear in stating what is different about the listing and the product you received. On rare occasions we do have shipping errors but ordering a starter because it looked the same is not "item not as described". There are many starters that look very similar to others and unless you are certain the product you order is correct prior to ordering we consider it to be user error. It is pretty simple to send a message to us to confirm the product you order is correct prior to ordering. We have experienced technicians who can help you be certain you get the right product for your needs. We don’t see what you have, buyer is responsible for making sure they order the correct product. Warranty Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products or have a simple problem such as bad battery or dirty/loose/misconnected cables. Please make sure you contact us to see if we can help you resolve any issues before diagnosing a product as warranty. If you take our product to a shop to test and pay to have it tested, please insist on a copy of the results as we will require it in order to approve return. Tampering with, dismantling, or altering the product in any way voids the warranty. The warranty offered under this purchase covers the product purchased only and implies no other costs will be covered in the warranty claim, including but not limited to other parts and/or labor.
