Directions: Whisk together in a medium saucepan the chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, cinnamon, cayenne and milk until smooth. Over medium heat, whisk chocolate mix frequently until the mixture thickens and the chocolate fully melts (about 10 minutes).
