SENTRY HC WORM X PLUS 7 Way De-Wormer contains two active ingredients found in veterinary brands: pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel and is available without a prescription. This broad spectrum dog dewormer treats and controls two types of tapeworms, two types of roundworms, and three types of hookworms. These convenient chewable tablets can be given to your small dog or puppy with or without food. Intended for puppies and small dogs 12 weeks and older, weighing 6 to 25 pounds. Active Ingredients (in each chewable): pyrantel pamoate (30 mg) and praziquantel (30 mg)DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs, weighing 6 to 25 lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal. 6.0 to 12.0 lbs. - Give one tablet. 12.1 to 25.0 lbs. - Give two tablets. More than 25.0 lbs. Use the 114 mg size. Note: For large dogs weighing more than 25 lbs., use 7 Way De-Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer.
