To inflate, simply pump the red bulb till desired relief is provided. To deflate, simply lift up the round plastic cover under the red bulb and push in the metal pin. In order to ensure proper fit and alignment, pull up on the back of the liner to ensure that your heel is as close to the heel of the boot as possible. Best practices is to have your heel all the way at the end of the boot, dont worry if your toes dont reach the very end of the boot.
