The size of our stroller organizer is 13"x3.9"x6.5". If you think our organizer size is too big or too small for your stroller, do not use it. Improper fitting can result in drink spillage. Please follow our company fitting instruction guide that comes with the product to ensure that the organizer is installed properly before use. We do not recommend carrying hot beverages since a moving stroller can cause unwanted spillage even when the organizer is securely installed. To ensure a safe and happy trip do not put heavy items in the stroller organizer. Excessive weight may cause the stroller to tip over. Do not use this product with a stroller that weighs less than 4kg.We understand that the most important feature of a stroller organizer is the assurance that it fits securely on your stroller and our product is aimed to do just that. Our User Guide is included with each product and comes as an attachment with your purchase email. It has a lot of demo photos to help you get the best results from your organizer. We have completed tons of research to ensure our organizer will fit properly on your stroller and we have specially designed our Velcro straps to accommodate different stroller designs. Please take a moment and review page 10 (Adjust the Velcro Straps) where you will see the various ways to help position our organizer securely onto your stroller. Our stroller organizer "universal fit" definition is based on the three possible positions it can accommodate for different strollers. Depending upon the design of the stroller handlebar, some users may find that these three positions will not satisfy their needs and preferences. If you do not follow our three recommended positions to install the organizer, it will sit side ways, and will not stay upright. It may also be loose, slip down, or fall off of your stroller handlebar. Due to the different designs of stroller handlebars, our organizer may appear to be tilted, sitting at an angle or won't stay put. Please review the video "Why Is It Tilted?" in the Related Video Shorts section to be fully informed about the potential issues and our solution to fix it before making a purchase. The following are a few known stroller models that our organizer may not work with as desired: Nuna brand, Babyzen brand, Neuner brand, Obaby brand, Baby Jogger City Select Lux, City Select, Maclaren Techno, GB Pockit, Uppababy Vista, Uppababy Cruz, strollers with car seat attached, strollers with braking mechanism on the handlebar and strollers with steep vertical handlebars.
