Place screw through slot in hinge post and toilet bowl mounting holes. Start nuts on screw from underside of toilet bowl. Position seat as desired, on toilet bowl and tighten from above with a conventional screw driver. Close and lock hinge cover in place. Periodic checking and re-tightening of nuts is recommended. Lid Not Staying Up: Check that toilet bowl, tank and lid are level and adjust as needed. Verify the tank cover is in the proper position and not pushing the seat lid forward. Weight Restrictions: Seats are weight tested up to 300lbs. Cleaning: Clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Loose Seat: Check and re-tighten nuts as needed. Slight side to side movement is acceptable.
