When raised, the top of the telescoping handle is 38.5 inches from the ground. Inner Dimensions For your pet's comfort, the inside of the medium carrier when zipped closed is 15 inches tall at its highest point (12 inches tall at its lowest point), 11 inches wide, and 7 inches deep. Outer Dimensions In its backpack form, with the handle pushed all the way down, the outside of the large carrier is 22.5 inches tall from the top of the unextended handle to the bottom of the wheels, 15 inches wide, and 12 inches deep. When raised, the top of the telescoping handle is 41.5 inches from the ground. Inner Dimensions For your pet's comfort, the inside of the large carrier when zipped closed is 17 inches tall at its highest point (14 inches tall at its lowest point), 13 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. Front Support Bar (You'll find the base plate and front support bar inside the backpack) Lay the fabric carrier on its back. Install the base plate/wheel unit into the bottom of the carrier. With the fabric side facing out, insert the base plate’s tubes into the receptors. Press the base firmly into position. Then attach the loop material on the bottom of the backpack to the hook material on the edge of the base plate. Thread the support bar through the support pocket on the front of the carrier and secure with the hook and loop material. (Caution: this product should not be used with seats equipped with air bags. Injury to your pet could result from this placement.) Unzip the bottom or top mesh panel to place your pet inside. If needed, a safety hook is located inside the carrier. Clip the safety hook to your pet’s harness or collar. Push on the center release button to fully extend the telescoping handle. Tuck the backpack straps into the rear storage pocket when wheeling your pet in the wheeled carrier. Your Roll Around can also be used as bed. Simply unzip the top and bottom mesh panels and secure them to the center support. Lay the unit on its back. Push the center release button to lower the telescopic handle. Remove the backpack straps from the rear storage pocket. Adjust the padded straps so the backpack is comfortable to wear.
