Zymox Otic is used in dogs and cats for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the external ear caused by bacterial, viral and yeast infections. Treat once a day for 7 days for acute infection and once a day for 14 days for chronic infection. Do not use in conjunction with other topical ear medications or cleaners. Do not pre-clean ear prior to or during use. Doing so will disrupt the enzyme system. Do not use in pets with known or suspected ear drum rupture or with known or suspected sensitivity to corticosteroids such as pregnant or lactating females or exotics. Do not allow water in or near ear during use. If condition persists or worsens, consult a veterinarian. Consult a veterinarian before administering in conjunction with other products. Keep out of the reach of children. Not for use in humans.Zymox Otic without Hydrocortisone contains: Benzyl Alcohol, Dextrose, Glucose Oxidase, Glycerin, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, Lysozyme, Potassium Iodide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water.For external use only. Shake bottle well before use. Apply to uncleaned ear, filling ear canal. Gently massage and work into area. Wipe to remove excess. Allow pet to shake head. Apply once daily for seven (7) days.
