The Insulpak insulated bag for insulin has been designed for the active person who travels and needs to carry temperature sensitive medications such as insulin for diabetes. This is the first medication organizer carrying case ever made that shows you, on the outside of the bag, what the temperature is inside the bag. We suggest that any user of the Insulpak diabetic insulin travel case read these instructions carefully and thoroughly; as any misuse could adversely affect its usefulness as a carrying case for keeping medications safe. The Insulpak diabetes travel case bag is insulated and contains a travel cold pack gel pack, shoulder strap and an LCD display which shows the temperature inside of the bag in either F° or C° ranges. The travel cold pack gel pack, when frozen, will keep your medications cool for up to 24 to 30 hours. There is a sensor on the inside bottom of the bag which records the temperature on the inside. This sensor must never be covered. Covering the sensor could alter the reading on the LCD display. The LCD display is powered by one LR44 battery (included). When replacing, we suggest that an alkaline battery be used for longer life. LCD Display with Temperature This is the first insulin cooler carrying case ever made that shows you on the outside of the bag, what the temperature is inside the bag. The temperature gauge has its own compartment. A digital display of the internal temperature of the bag can be viewed through a window on the front of the bag. There's no need to open the bag to check the internal temperature.( Battery included ) Storage The Insulpak is equipped with a insulin cooler cold storage area to put all of your medications that needs to stay cold. The bag also has a regular storage area to keep other supplies that you might need.
