You are provided with a detachable metal leg base that integrates zinc die-cast legs. The 5-leg base provides maximum stability for the instrument. The sturdy yet lightweight stand is an excellent choice to hold your trumpet securely. The top of the peg is rubber-covered for additional protection for your instrument. Guards against dinging the inside of the bell. Detachable metal leg base screws into the peg so that the entire unit can be stored in the bell of the instrument; protective rubber-covered peg top. Folds back to fit perfectly into the trumpet's bell. Quick easy setup/tear-down, it only takes seconds to unscrew the legs and screw them back on in the open position. You can easily screw the base onto the peg and carry the stand in the bell of the trumpet for convenient storage in the case. The 5-leg base provides maximum stability for the instrument.
