My name is George Eccleston. I started writing instructional books after reading one that was written by a leading expert in his field and realising that after 3 hours of solid reading that I hadn’t learnt anything of any practical use. I realised that most instructional manuals either assume that you understand the majority of the subject and baffle you with a tirade of technical phrases, leaving out the smaller details that you could really have done with understanding before you can progress further. Or they treat their readers like they are idiots and spend a chapter telling people what a hammer is, how one is made, the tensile strength of the metal components in it or the metallic density of the striking head, when all they really needed to tell you is that it is best to use a hammer for this particular job. I enjoy learning from & writing pure knowledge based books without the unnecessary page filling material that a lot of authors like to use to pad out their books. I believe a book should be filled with useful pertinent information on the subject that you are trying to learn and not padded out to make the book look bigger than it should be. Each book that I write is designed to teach you exactly what you need to know in order to complete each subject in the shortest amount of time possible. There is no useless filling material, only quality useful information that allows you to become proficient at your chosen subject as quickly as possible. As a father & family man I enjoy being able to preserve my knowledge in a form that allows my children and other people around the world to assimilate this information at any point of their choosing. I know that the way the books have been written will allow anyone to learn this information very easily and that it could quite possible change their lives for the better.To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.
