Pondworx Bacteria is meant for larger bodies of water, it can be used in smaller decorative ponds. The more beneficial bacteria you have in your body of water the less muck you will have. For small ponds use Bacteria at the rate of 2.5 ounces to 400 gallons of water. For large ponds, use Bacteria at the rate of 1 gallon per acre with an average depth of 4-6 feet deep.
