The Hyperwear TAC Plate is adjustable and fits in plate weight vest for high intensity training, rucking, strength or agility. Weights can easily be removed or added in 1/2 lbs increments unlike traditional plates that are not adjustable. COMPATIBLE TACTICAL VESTS Compatible with the WOLF TACTICAL Vest, (NOT new “QUICK RELEASE” model), 5.11 TacTec Plate Large Weight Vest (NOT 5.11 “TRAINER” vest) , GFIRE Tactical Vest, TRIBE WOD and vests that hold large plates. DOES NOT FIT BEAR KOMPLEX or 5.11 TRAINER WEIGHTED VESTS Flexible Plates are 1/4 wider than the large standard. Use in place of 8.75 lb weight vest plates. Remove a few weights to hit MURPH 20lb standard. The TAC plates are sold as a pair- each weight is 9 lbs for a total weight of 18 lbs. Each plate is 9 lbs and when a plate weight vest is loaded with one per side the total weight (vest + plates) equals 20 lbs which is prescribed for Murph style workouts.
