Toothed jaw will clamp onto to metal surface with max safety. Safety spring system ensures sturdy grip between jaw and material. Lock lever is designed to open and lock jaw, as well as to adjust opening width for metal plates of various thickness. Shackle is designed to operate within 180 degree swiveling range from side to side, along with 90 degree range back to front. Widely used for steel structure installation, steel market, machine processing, steel plate welding, cutting, and handling. With a maximum working load of 2T/4400LBs, TOUGHER clamp is capable of heavy duty material handling. For safety reasons, all of TOUGHER's products were test on and passed 4 times max load, which is 18,000LBs for this spec.
