Boost the effectiveness with less damage with VR Hair Bleach Powder. Rinsing your hair right away after 1stapplication will cause more damage due to the chemical reaction. Clean the remains/residues from the first application with a comb, then proceed with 2ndapplication. ‘Double Process System’ will maximize the results and minimize the damage to your hair. Before applying VR Neon Semi-permanent Hair Color, hair must be freshly shampooed and completely dried. Taking 1" sections, apply color directly to the hair, applying section by section to ensure complete and even coverage. No developer is needed. Allow to process for 20-30 minutes at room temperature. (Processing time may vary by person's hair condition) Once the processing is complete, lightly shampoo with your favorite color-protect shampoo and rinse with cool water until the water runs clear. Style as desired. VR Neon collection contains special dye pigments that rival highlighter shades. No developer/peroxide needed.
