1. The key can only open the lock, CANNOT retrieve the password. 2. Please remember the code you have set. 3. Before you open the lock, the number should be well aligned with the code line. 4. When you set the password, the shackle should be pressed to the end completely. Otherwise, it will lead to a disorder of new password and cannot be unlocked. 1. Set the code to default (0-0-0-0) pull up the shackle. 2. Rotate it to the Code Setting Gap. 3. Push the shackle down until the tiny pin is all the way inside the gap. 4. Rotate to the Code Line. 5. Scroll the numbers to set your code. 6. Rotate back the shackle to the Code Setting Gap until it pops up.
