Description

Blade with no welds or joints, A full 4mm thick tang knife with brass pins peened through. Sturdy construction for an everlasting blade. Damascus steel is hand forged using 1095 High Carbon and 4340 High Tensile steel. 9 Alternating layers are forged, folded and twisted over 5 times to inlay more than 280 layers. The final proprietary heat-treating process tempers the steel to over 60 Rockwell hardness.
