Maintenance: After cooking, suggest to wash the heated pan with warm water or wash once it gets cooled down. If it got food residue won't come off even with the scouring pad, suggest to add water to soak for bit. Suggest washing the cooker by yourself instead of tossing it in your dishwasher. Keep the wok dry once you finish cooking, and better to apply a thin layer of cooking oil. All in all, it is just a cookware so do not worry yourself too much how you should cook with it.
