FAQ Q1. Why intensity can't be increased or turned on the device but feel nothing? A: The upgraded model tens unit has a protective function to avoid shock. Before adjusting the intensity, please make sure the lead wire is connected with the port and the pair of pads are pasted above the massage areas well, or we can't adjust intensity successfully. When the channel A bar is flashing, you could adjust the intensities and modes of channel A, it is same as the channel B. Q2. Why only could use the first 1-4 modes? A: Long press the 'M' button and hold 4 seconds to switch between 6 main modes; Short press the 'M' to choose within the built-in 4 modes of each main mode. Q3. Why are pads not sticky after several days? A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally. Place pads on the holder or place plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use. Q4. Why the tens machine will automatically turn off? A: In the left corner of the tens screen, there has a timer signal, after the countdown ends, the tens will automatically turn off, you could push the power button to turn off the device then turn it on again. A: When using 1/4 wire, you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time, if you use 2 pads, please make sure 2 pads are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for white snap and 1 pad for the blue snap.
