No animal will dare go near the territory you want to defend！ Before installation, please charge the product under the sunshine for 24 hours, or install new rechargeable batteries. You just need to take a few simple steps and you will chase away those unwanted animals in no time. 1. Turn the unit on. On/off switch is at the bottom of the unit with three modes: On, Center and Off. Mode-Center will only activate flashing eyes and moving head. If you are worried that the sound of owls driving away animals will disturb your neighbors，you can switch to this. Mode-On will activate flashing eyes and moving head and owlish sounds. 2. Place the unit within 10-16 feet to animal activity area, preferably on the sunniest side and facing the infestation area. 3. Fix the product bottom with nails to a solid surface such as fence, post, dock, stump etc.
