The magnets are extremely powerful so make sure to retain distance from each other. Use one or two magnets as needed. When using one magnet, place the dimpled side (North Polarity) against the body and secure on skin. When using two magnets, there are two suggested placements on the area of treatment. Use either one magnet with dimpled side and one magnet with smooth side to the area, spaced 4” apart OR two magnets with dimpled side. Wear for up to a week. Clean with mild dish soap and warm water to remove any adhesive residue on the magnets. Can be worn in shower - dry the adhesive completely and avoid moisture to prevent skin irritations. White epoxy coating on the magnet is a preventative for those with sensitive skin. Epoxy coating may come apart over time of constant use. Can be coated with clear nail polish if needed. Use with caution to avoid magnets from bunching together.
