With the new OctoPad Tabletop Studio Kit, you can quickly set up both camera and lighting for close-up subject photography and videography. OctoPads are easy to set up and allow for quick placement without time-consuming re-adjustment. The Studio Kit contains one OctoPad XL wide footprint base and two OctoPad standard support bases. The OctoPad is a patented, weighted non-slip mat design offering far superior stability to that of existing mini tripods and suction cup supports. The OctoPad was designed from the ground up to save you time and trouble. And the new OctoPad XL offers the same great support advantages of the original OctoPad, but with a wider diameter footprint for even more stability with tablets, bigger cameras and larger lights, as well as longer extensions and selfie sticks. Both OctoPad and OctoPad XL have integrated male 1/4"-20 inch threaded bolts to allow attachment of virtually any photographic accessory, as well as for portable lights, monitors, speakers and image recorders. Both include a basic high-capacity removable photographic ball head also having an adjustable 1/4"-20 threaded bolt connection interface. The OctoPad's round footprint makes it resistant to tipping over. Just set it down and go. The OctoPad has no fiddly leg joints to buckle under load.
