Genial Day pads are unique because they contain a patented negative ion (anion) strip, enriched with tourmaline. What does it mean to you? Long story short, the anion strip neutralizes unpleasant odor and prevents harmful bacteria from colonizing your pad. Genial Day pads contain no harmful chemicals and artificial scents. As a result, skin irritation or other discomfort is virtually impossible. You will notice that you need to run to the bathroom less often to change your pad. It’s because our pads are more absorbent. Here’s why: Genial Day pads contain polymers that absorb a few hundred times more of their own weight. According to the Rothwell method, a regular Genial Day pad absorbs approximately 122 grams of liquid and remains dry (that’s more than a half glass of water). This is very convenient for us, girls!
