The right side of this outdoor cushion was treated with Star brite Waterproofing and remains dry, while the left side was left untreated and is soaked through. Star brite Waterproofing polymers penetrate deep into fabrics for marine-grade performance and extended service-life in the harshest wet weather conditions. UV inhibitors act like sunscreen to protect against fading and sun damage. Star brite’s PTEF protective polymer barrier coating helps repel future dirt and stains to make cleaning easier. Use Star brite Waterproofing to protect quality outdoor fabrics such as 100% nylon, canvas, cotton, polyester, or acrylic. If your fabric indicates that it is "laminated", “coated”, “backed” or is glued with adhesive, do not use this product. Instead, we recommend Star brite Water-based Waterproofing. If unsure of material type, please contact fabric manufacturer.
