Notes ABOUT THE SPRINKLER SPRAY DISTANCE: 1 Different water pressure leads to different spray distance. 2 The 3 nozzles pattern has the furthest distance while 5 nozzles pattern has the shortest. The spray distance depends on the nozzles mode & water pressure. IF THE SPRINKLER CAN’T ROTATE CASE 1: The water pressure is too low. The sprinkler can work under low pressure, but if the water pressure is too low it will not spin too, the sprinkler needs 21.34 psi at least. You can try to turn the tap up to the max and switch the pattern to 5 nozzle holes which need the lowest water pressure to spin. CASE 2: The install way is not correct. The sprinkler has 3 patterns of hose nozzle to choose, you need to switch the nozzle patterns to the right place, where you can feel the arm is locked into position and hear a CLICK! And when you receive the sprinkler, the spray head is separated with the base, you need to connect them together but remember not to twist the spray head too tight, or the sprinkler can’t spin too.
