Q: Why did I could not open the back of my iPhone 8 with the suction cup? A: First, please ensure that 2 screws on the bottom of iPhone are removed. Second, use a hair dryer to heat the edges slightly to soften the adhesive strips and then put the suction cup on the screen above home button to lift screen up to separate a gap. Third, use the opening tool to gently pry each side up. DO NOT PRY ON THE TOP OF THE PHONE NEAR THE CAMERA, SPEAKER, ETC. Any details please refer to YouTube video. Q: Is it compatible with the battery health feature in iOS? A: Yes, your phone will show accurate info. Usage, last charge levels, battery health, etc. All good and functioning properly. Q: Home button can not work after replaced the battery? A: It’s not the problem with battery. The connections are tricky to ensure they are mates. Remove ALL the connectors & carefully reattach again. May want to look on YouTube for instructions on how to replace the Home Button and check its connections & cables. Q: Will I lose any data after changed my battery? A: No data will be lost if the repair process was done correctly. Q: After installed battery, why the phone cannot turn on ? A: First, make sure the battery connector was connected correctly. Second, make sure the LCD flex cables have been connected correctly. Third, check the connectors of battery or LCD flex cables has not been damaged and no dust or foreign matter. We advise to test before resealing the phone
