Insert elastic bandage into pressure bar. Tighten elastic bandage. Pull in opposite direction - forcing pressure bar down onto pad. Wrap elastic bandage tightly over pressure bar & wrap over all edges of the pad. Secure hooking ends of the closure bar into elastic bandage.
