I ordered this to go over my costume as an add on. Fit exactly as I wanted it to. Purchased a medium to fit over hoop skirt. It is metallic red taffeta with a ruffle all around and long red tulle on each side. Gorgeous! Love that it dbls as a cape. I should have ordered my exact size, medium, instead of a size larger. I love Belle Poque fashions!! This is the second historical style skirt I've purchased for cosplay and the quality is amazing.
