Led on receiver should flash indicating they have been paired. 3) Take the SAME transmitter to the 2nd receiver and repeat steps 1&2. (Choose the same tone for the same transmitter) 4) Repeat the same process with the 2nd transmitter. (Choose a different tone for the 2nd transmitter to distinguish front and rear doors) Each doorbell set has been paired before factory, sometimes if the doorbell is stored for a long time, the pairing may fail, when it happens, please try the steps above. How to clear the frequency and re-pair 1) Do not plug in the receiver, press and hold on the volume button, then plug in the power (don't release the volume button). The LED light will be on, indicating that the frequencies has been successfully cleared. 2) Repeat steps 1-4 in “How to adjust the tune or volume” If the doorbell system fails, or you want to set a personalized doorbell system, please try to clear the frequency and re-pair. Suggestions: 1. Metal door will interfere with the signal and shorten the transmission range, please do not install the transmitter on the metal door. 2. Please place the receiver in areas away from refrigerator, microwave and other high-power appliances. 3. The transmitter is IP44 waterproof, but we recommend installing a waterproof cover for long-term use.
