Use as a house jack post, deck jack, column jack, floor support post, or crawlspace jack post to temporarily correct sagging floors or support heavy load areas. There is no maximum height of 4x4 lumber necessitated by jack, but we recommend bracing long columns to prevent movement. The base spins on a swivel ball joint to allow the threaded tension bar to raise and lower the jack (use by hand or a wrench/pipe for heavy loads).
