Connect Gold Ball with Truck Screw the ball's spindle into truck and tighten all nuts & screws, If you have a flagpole light, you can pass the gold ball throught the flagpole light and connect it to the truck, the flagpole truck is placed on the top of the flagpole and fixed with screw. 2. Connect Clip with Rope Pinch together the flagpole rope and push the rope loop through the eyelet of the flagpole clip. Pull the halyard loop over the clip end of the flagpole clip, pull the halyard tight so that the clip sits snugly in place. 3. Connect Rope with Pole Take the halyard (rope) and loop it around the truck (pulley) at the top of the flagpole.
