Find executable file HCLED.exe in subfolder software, double-click to run it. 3. Please refer to the video tutorial to edit the first program, then click on U Disk REC to download the program to USB Flash Drive. 4. Insert USB Flash Drive to LED SIGN and wait for the LED SIGN to display OK. 5. Then remove USB Flash Drive from LED SIGN, and the program will be broadcast immediately. Kindly Note (1)The software can only run on Windows PC, It will not work on Mac or VM. (2) Date format is YYYY-MM-DD , and the time format is 24h / 12h. (3) It's best to turn off the anti-virus software and run it, it can be pre-scanned by anti-virus software to prove it is safe.
