We developed our peanut to have a tiny bit of compression. This makes it comfortable enough to use, and firm enough to make lasting changes. The peanut ball is perfect to chuck in your gym bag or your work/travel bag to use on your back, spine, or under your feet. Our peanut is also rubberised meaning that it does not slip off skin or clothes especially under the foot, glutes or TFL, which has always been a problem with tennis balls. We truly recommend this peanut ball, coupled with our lacrosse ball, when you are travelling or sitting for long periods of time. Long periods of sitting can cause very poor posture that can be quickly corrected with the use of these tools. They're also small enough to fit into all of your bags. We have combined the knowledge and experience of professional and international athletes, doctors, and physical therapists (that have worked with Olympians) to design our peanut ball mobility handbook. We have gone above and beyond to create this handbook to show you exactly which stretches/movements to use. These tools are very accurate when targeting specific muscles and joints, and have detailed roles for myofascial release. Alongside our handbook, we have video tutorials that will show you exactly how to use our peanut ball, and explain how the exercises will benefit you. We have built ourselves as a lifestyle brand, rather than just a shop. This means that the peanut ball is not just a product, it’s a stepping stone to making you perform better both mentally and physically. In order to do this, we provide videos, blog articles and infographics on how to improve aspects of your life, including posture, sleep, and mental performance. We have given human performance talks for Oxford University athletes, Eton college & international cricket teams and players.
