Dotty Fish is proud to be a Family Run British Business since 2006. Our mission has always been to make stylish, quality baby shoes that parents can afford. Designing our baby shoes to not only look adorable but to also be good for the little feet that wear them. Every adventure starts with a first step and we believe those first steps are precious. In the words of our MD “You can never have too many shoes!” Dotty Fish shoes are made from leather and as such should never be put in the washing machine. Spot clean with a damp sponge. Use a mild detergent if needed. A suede brush can be used on the soles. Making sure you get the right size is important. We have a size guide in our product images and our storefront has a detailed look at how you go about measuring your child's foot. Dotty Fish Moccasins are slightly narrower than our other soft leather baby and toddler shoes, they are slightly more structured as well. Measure the length from heel to big toe in cm's. Use this foot length to determine which age group shoe size to get using our size guide found in the product images. Our size guide allows for room for growth to make sure they don't restrict the foot in any way. Dotty Fish is committed to using genuine, safe leather. We know that our shoes are worn by babies and toddlers and take safety seriously. Dotty Fish is a member of the BLC leather technology centre, a leading testing organisation specialising in leather. We test leather to meet REACH Annex XVII guidelines. Dotty Fish works closely with our manufacturers who carry out their own testing. By testing to Reach Annex XVII guidelines we can make sure that our shoes do not contain harmful chemicals such as Lead and Chromium VI as well as other hazardous substances.
