Slip the bottom half of the bag into the inside of the BAG-it and wrap the top half of the bag around the outside of the BAG-it. Then push the bag with the BAG-it into the top of the receptacle - that's it!! The plastic bag is secured inside the receptacle and all the waste ends up IN THE BAG!! As the bag and the BAG-it come out, tie up the ends of the bag and insert a new bag into the BAG-it. It takes less than a minute and costs you nothing if you keep some grocery bags around.
