Preset Schedules: Choose from the three following preset times: Evening (5pm-12am), Morning (5am-8am) and All Night (6pm-6am). Countdown: Press COUNTDOWN, then use the arrows to set from 1 minute to 24 hours. The last countdown time set will become the new default until it is manually changed.
