The Circuit Fitness Power Cage with Multi-Position Grip brings a wide variety of gym exercises to your home gym. The exercises may seem similar but activate slightly different muscles than one another. Also, clear away anything in the cage, and you have enough room for kipping pull-ups as well. Get a lower body and ab workout from your pull-up bar by doing leg raises to get those washboard abs. Once you’ve mastered the leg raise, increase the intensity by safely adding weights to your legs / feet. The Circuit Fitness Cage isn’t just for squats.
