If connected using the RCA ports: A)Ensure Aux/Optical switch on “Aux” position; B) Ensureuse the Red/White ports labeled “AUDIO OUT” Other RCA ports are usually AUDIO IN and incorrect; C)Change your TV audio OUT setting to “External Speaker”; D)Plug headphone to RCA ports with AUX 3.5mm to RCA audio cable, check it you can hear sound If connected using AUX/3.5MM audio out; A)Ensure AUX/Optical Switch on BR04 is set to “AUX” position; B)Change your TV audio OUT setting to” Headset”, directly plug headphone into TV with the AUX 3.5mm audio cable, check if you can hear sound. FAQ 1.Can not connect to the headphone The Bluetooth headset has been paired by other users and cannot be connected. BR04 is connected to other places and cannot be connected.BR04 is not in the transmitting state or is not in the search pairing state and cannot be connected. If it is not LL, it means that the audio / headphone he used does not have LL. If the delay is low, the customer needs to choose a LL Bluetooth device and our BR04 link.The format decoding is bidirectional, not only our transmitter needs to support, but also the receiving device, otherwise it can only use SBC decoding common to Bluetooth devices and the delay is the highest. 4. Optical Audio Input does not connect out Optical audio wire. The optical fiber cable of the TV is not compatible with BR04, that is, the agreement of the optical fiber cable is not reached, and the optical fiber signal output by the TV cannot be identified by this product, and there is no way to solve it.
