This bike will arrive partially assembled in a large cardboard box and needs to be assembled and tuned prior to riding. Here is a brief list of what you need to do to complete assembly: Flip the stem, install front wheel Install handlebars Install saddle Install pedals (**the RIGHT pedal is installed clockwise, the LEFT counter clockwise**), use grease. True the wheels Tune the brakes, derailleurs While assembly of this factory direct bike is simple, it takes time and specialized tools which are not included. We highly recommend bringing it to a local shop for a safety check/tuning by a qualified bike mechanic prior to riding and at regular intervals thereafter. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.
