1. Unwrap as many bags of Parapeutic Paraffin as required and place the wax bars into a paraffin wax warmer. 2. Heat the wax until fully liquefied, maintaining the temperature you prefer (best at 121°F / 49°C). Do not overheat and exceed 128°F / 53°C. 3. Submerge your hand or foot into the wax and remove it slowly, allowing the wax to solidify. This can be done directly, or with the use of a hand or foot liner. Repeat as desired. 4. Parapeutic Paraffin is easily removed when your treatment is finished. Paraffin WaxParapeutic Paraffin Wax should not be heated over open flame, and should never be heated in excess of 128°F / 53°C.
