Package include:  1 X 15ml/0.5OZ Top & Base coat   1 X 15ml/0.5OZ Activator  How To apply :  1) Push the cuticles back and buff your nails to remove shine, dirt or oil.  2) Apply Base/Top Coat and dip your nails in the Tomicca beauty Clear Dip Powder.  3) Apply Base/Top Coat and dip your nails in the Tomicca beauty Color dip Powder.   4) Repeat step #3.  5) Repeat step #2.  6) Apply Activator on each nail. Allow it to dry and make sure to cover the edges and cap the free edge. 7) Once dry, shape the nails with a file. use a brush to remove the dust excess. 8) Apply Base/Top Coat.
